What is the best way to manage the memory on the 6680?

ie my C drive free space slowly gets smaller (now 5532kb)

I have installed everything onto the memory card, regulary clear the web cache and switch the phone off/on, but not sure what else I need to do. Any utilities out there which search and delete the junk files?

It's not junk files. Installing things on the memory card still installs files on the c drive.

5532kb sounds fine... I've seen Orange handsets with just 1mb free. Do you have your message memory set to Memory Card so all your SMS and MMS get stored there?

Yes, the messages are set for the memory card.

I'm just puzzled why the free space slowly gets less and if like on your PC hard drive, you occasionally need to run some form of "disk cleaner".

Showing 7560k free on my 'generic' 6680, although I do keep the messages on the phone. Everything else is on the card. Still have problems with TomTom sometimes, especially after using web.
