The founder of UK mobile phone retail chain Phones4U has put the for sale sign up over his entire business.
Billionaire John Caudwell said he had taken the step after receiving "many offers" for all or part of the business from prospective buyers.

The decision followed a strategic review of the whole of Caudwell Group.

Mr Caudwell, who is ranked 29th in the Sunday Times Rich List, set up the business with his brother in 1987. Its annual sales now exceed £2bn ($3.5bn).

As a result of the decision to put the entire business up for sale, the group said it had delayed any final decision on the sale of its fixed-line Caudwell Communications business which it put on the market last month.

See link for more. Lets hope it gets bought by someone with a soul! :)

The next buyer couldn't do much worse, surely? P4U rhymes with "load of poo". I only go in there to get out of the rain or wipe my shoes on their door mat. Even then they still talk AT me!

"Can I help you?"
> No thanks, just looking around.
"I have this handset here that will suit your perfectly"
> Oh really? And in what former life did we meet for you to know who I am and what I like?
"I'll be over there if you need me"

I do not ever mean to be impolite, but they really do bring out the worst in me! So here's a toast to the new owners and I wish them all the very best luck in the world. I'll be watching and waiting :)

Fuuny I was in the same postion last week, after stating I was ok three times, on the forth time I was asked can I help you with anything, I stated yes, could you get my glassess from the car for me, as clearly I cant see what Im looking for without your help. I think they then got the point.
