I'm just about to send off my 4th "3" bill to Carphone Warehouse for a cheque back.

I'm not certain though if the first bill you get from 3 after a couple a weeks with just the first months rental on is classed as the "first" bill in the redemption process?

Could someone clarify please.

I don't know for sure, but surely the first bill has to be the first bill you receive - ie the one with just the first months rental on. If it were the second then it'd be extremely confusing... not that cashback isn't painfully complex.

That is the 1st bill.... count it as #1 in terms of the redemption process. That is what I did with e2save (a CPW company) and it worked out OK.
