The Nokia range look like a safe bet right now. N series or 6280 have good cameras and facilities.

Some of the new Samsung models like the Z510 look good too and in the next few weeks there will be some new options like the BenQ-Siemens range and some good new handsets like the K610 from SonyEricsson.

Nokia is a good bet as 3GSU mentions. You might also want to check out the Sony Ericsson 3G handsets. I've not tried the Samsung but I've heard few complaints.

NEC on the other hand - just stay well clear.

Thread moved to general discussion.

Thank's for the answers!
I have also done some research on my own.
What can you tell me about LG U8150? Is it worth buying?

Well it's not worth much but it's a good 3G phone. I've never personally liked the LG U81xx handsets but they're functional and, at the right price, good value. It's not a particularly new phone so you shouldn't have trouble picking one up.
