I received the following SMS from easyMobile on 31/3/2006

easyMobile introduces 3p- calls and 1p texts between easyMobile customers. Recommend your friends to join up and lower your phone bills. Conditions apply

The offer runs till 31 December 2006 on all new SIM purchases, and is extended to existing SIMs, the only stipulation being that you must have topped up at least once since purchasing the SIM. This is extraordinary value and has a nice long time to run too. That could be a lot of friends and family calls.

easyMobile have also launched a small number of handsets in their on-line shop which are fairly good value, although you have to purchase a £30 top up at the same time. But it does mean that handsets like the V3 are £89.99 plus £30 top up (total £119.99) which as far as I can see is the cheapest V3 at the moment.

Full details are on their website now at this link here https://www.easymobile.com/selfcare/emcontent/services/prices.html

Note that easyMobile have also launched their Internet access service "Mobile Internet" at £3 per MB - charged to the nearest Kilobyte

In true Stelios manner, easyMobile have a rather nifty Tariff Cost Comparator here https://www.easymobile.com/selfcare/emcontent/services/cost_calculator.html It is not completely unbiased, as you might expect :)

Their website has come on leaps and bounds from the first edition - well worth a bit of a browse.... https://www.easymobile.com/selfcare/index.html#
