I've found this little series 60 app that you can buy for your Nokia.
I think a while ago there was the mobile webcam type device from 3 that was released, and never really came to much, if it was even released in the UK at all, it might just of been 3 Italy, anyways. This software (which is £40) requires no extra hardware other than a series 60 enabled handset.
What happens is, you load the SW onto the handset and leave it where you want to keep an eye on things, the dog, the car etc. Then, if you feel the need to check up on things you send a text message to the handset and it'll either MMS a picture or video back to you!
