The Nokia E60 is a 3G phone without a camera, why? because it gives you fast access to information - surf the web, download new applications, access email from third parties (Blackberry) and transfer files and documents.

Call me a cynical old bar steward but .....

Sorry, but the point of this phone is lost on me  A 3G phone without a camera. Why? exactly! The suggestion from the webpage is that it is because of no camera that it gives "fast access to information....". I don't buy that for a moment.

Okay, if it is aimed at those who don't want camera phones, or who are not allowed to carry one - say, by their terms of employment, or working in sensitive areas etc. But to suggest that removing the camera somehow makes it a faster/better handset is specious (http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=specious) to say the least.

The Nokia E60 - It's not all it seems to be!

Hmmm, probably the truest thing said on that particular page

The Nokia website (http://www.nokia.co.uk/nokia/0,8764,83178,00.html#) tells a better story though, so all is not lost :) This handset is aimed at the business user with support for things like Blackberry Connect compatibility. Connectivity options as usual with the addition of WLAN (WiFi) bring to the table an exciting array of functionality. But I'd miss the camera, so this is not for me ;)

it supports MMC Mobile memory cards.

looks like a great business phone, I can see it being marketed as the 6630 replacement and a video calling stand being compatible with the e60
