N80 on sale today

I have just been onto the Carphonewarehouse site and they today have the N80 on sale on the O2 network only and also claims limited stock also

I know o2 offical realease is 22 may

I have some contacts within CPW and this is correct that the N80 has gone on sale from today on O2. Vodafone will stock it 16th May afaik and 3 will be near the 26th May

Just in time for my 2nd June free upgrade :p :D

I have finally cracked. next friday i am ordering a black sim free n80. Then when 3 launch i can upgrade to a silver one and own both a black and a silver. Can then sell the silver one on

After a crappy day today with Expansys canceling my wrong order and then my new one getting declined because they had my old card details i am not happy.

So i have ordered again tonight and fingers crossed it will be here on Tuesday all going well.

Oh indeed you will. The largest to date!.

Reason the site has not been updated in a few days is i have been working my a$$ off on some new things on the site. I have reviwed 3 new phones but cant get uploaded cause it contains the changes so it all has to be done at 1 go.

In total over 100 pages have been updated!. Back on topic though, the N80 should be at least a 6-7 page review covering every feature I can possibly cover.

You will also find a Video Preview which is a new feature within 1-2 days of getting the phone. This preview will be a video clip abou6 7-8mins long which shows you around the phone and gives you a look in what it can do.

Silver N80 prices are falling nicely and are now well below the £500 mark. The black version, however, is still being priced artificially high by, well who else, Expansys. Does anyone know any other SIM Free outlets of the black one? All the ones I find are silver :\

Thats really interesting - and I wonder if the price is not a little high considering that they are selling the Motorola pink V3 for 147.29 (I know its SIM-free but you can buy one for much less than that and get it unlocked for cheaper).

I'm keen to see how the N80 pans out ..... it is a tantalising spec and probably the first that I'd ever consider buying at a SIM-free price!

In pictures it looks thicker than Jade Goody. How thick is it in reality? Dealbreaker? And not in a compared-to-bricks-like-the-JasJar sense either! How does it weigh up compared to other compact phones you've owned, including non-smartphones?
