Memory card for 6280

Hi everyone,

I'm thinking of getting a larger memory card for my 6280, say 512MB or 1G.

Any recommendations? I read various things reagrding read/write access times. Obviously there's cheap and will do the job and expensive with faster access times... but is it really noticeable?

I'm using a SanDisk 512mb in my 6280 with no known problems.

www.mobymemory.co.uk and www.w2w.com have good prices and a good selection

I can vote for mobymemory.co.uk - they are the dogs nuts, good Internet traders and excellent prices.

I put in a 256MB (£11 at a Computer Fair) in my 6280 and it does the trick for me. But I needed something much bigger in my SE W900i and opted for a 1GB memory stick Duo in that (just before the 2GB came out for the same price, pushing the 1GB down! grrrr)

I got a 1 gig scan disk card on ebay for £13 last week with no problems.
