"Skype users can now dramatically reduce long distance and roaming charges from their mobile phones using the new WebMessenger Mobile for Skype mobile client. WebMessenger allows you to take Skype on the road with you. Check the availability of colleagues, friends, and family on your mobile phone, send and receive chat messages, or even simply click on them to give them a quick shout.
By triggering your active SkypeOut account, Webmessenger Mobile for Skype allows you to call anywhere in North America for free and to countries around the world for the same low rates that you now expect.
There is no additional cost for using WebMessenger Mobile for Skype. Download and use our completely free software version, or upgrade at any time to our even more feature rich subscription version with just one low monthly fee."

I've downloaded this and have it installed. However, I'm not able to connect, it says I have a connection error. I've tried different ports etc but am not having any luck. Has anyone else given this ago yet? It would be really handy to get this working on my home (or any) wi-fi network.
BTW it's java based, so should work on other phones.
