I tried the all-in-one approach with the Motorola A1000. It did everything I wanted to do, and did with discrete components. But I just could not get along with all my eggs in the one basket!

The P990i is eyewateringly attractive in looks and spec, and might just persuade me to try again - but I'm not in the market till June 2007, so plenty of time for the handset to drop in price :)

Does any know if the radio on the p990i requires the headset to be plugged in to listen to it........I've asked this before about nokia handsets and been told that all phones need a headset to be plugged in to listen to the radio, but i heard/read somewhere that the p990i doesn't need the headset plugged in to act as the antenna........is this true or just crap?
