CPW have added a neat extra facility on their website. Live Chat with a CPW sales advisor when you navigate to product information pages.
Up pops a window asking if you would like to connect to a live sales advisor (by interactive text) to help with your purchace.
Nice bit of marketing that the networks should be keen to copy.
A good idea for browsers that could make it easier for them to get the deal thats right for them and a great opportunity for CPW to turn browsers into sales by interacting directly with potential customers on a one to one basis in real time.
This is obviously not a new idea but I can see how it could be very effective compared to the passive nature of normal Internet shopping.
