My N80 is stuck on the OFFLINE profile. I have tried everything in the book to change to another profile and thus activate my network.

Can anyone help?

What have you tried so far?

Thoughts that spring to mind as follows:-
1. Try another SIM in the handset - if its unlocked another network's SIM maybe
2. Full factory reset (you'll lose all settings, contents etc...)
3. Firmware update using the Nokia Updater, should get you the latest most stable release for that network provider.

Do let us know how you get on with those also.

Same thing has happened to me a few times. In fact, everytime I've put it in offline mode I've had difficulty getting it back to normal.
As far as I remember, just switching on and off a few times, getting pissed off then forgetting about it seemed to fix it.
I think a firmware update should fix it.
