We all know how much flack H3 have had in their short life. I was taking a stroll around Grumbletext today and was astonished to see that O2 (107) is drawing more complaints than H3 (91).

Many seem to be CS and account related - well, no surprise there then. We seem to be, as a nation, slowly losing it in the CS and account management stakes.

Orange, Vodafone and T-Mobile are mere kiddywinks by comparison with nothing more than moans!

Dont forget to put the complaints into context:

02 have had 107 complaints and have 14 million customers

3 have had 91 comlaints and have 3 million customers.

Does'nt look alll that good when you discover the detail.

True, I had not really looked under the hood at the numbers. And using what you say as a basis it makes the other three look even better with their low numbers!

I realise this can only be indicative of the overall quality and service of the mobile ops. But nevertheless it does rather place Orange, Vodafone and T-Mobile (!!) head and shoulders above the other two (the aforementioned notwithstanding).
