a broken screen!

Ladies and Gents,

I had a message from one of our new members, Saro, looking for some help with their K800i, the message is below so help away! I'm afraid I don't have a k800i so come on forum community, giez a hand if you can! :)

i have a k800i with a broken display, and i was wondering if you could help me saving my messages onto the sim card so that i can view them on anothore phone.

i remember exactly how to get to my "inbox" folder but i'm not sure how can i save them from the "more" menu.

hey, as far as I'm aware, you can only save 10 messages to your sim at a time.

If you're not able to see anything at all on your screen then the keystrokes from boot up would be:

menu button (top right) | select (top left) | down once | select | more (top right) down X 3 | select | select |

that would save first message, safest bet would be to hold return key to return to main menu and repeat, to save getting lost in the menus.

Alternatively, surely it'd be more convenient to connect to usb cable, power on and use the sony ericsson software to view them off the computer.
