Watching TV now many major companies like NatWest and Abbey are making a big point about their UK support. NatWest are actually making a comedy of the indian call centre prospect.
Companies like esure are now closing Indian call centres and returning to the UK, others like Sky evaluated India and thought better of going there and expanded their UK support.
3 have done the opposite... exported jobs from the UK to India... and that very call centre operation has been the major complaint producer for them for years... DUH!!
I simply fail to understand the 3 UK logic re the above....
