Employees can only tell us what they know. Better to say 'should' than 'will' and later be wrong - you know how internal communication is in these big comms machines.

Yeah, to be honest I wouldn't mind one in my back pocket either... though I may have to start adding extra back pockets to my clothes in order to accommodate it :(
