Unlock codes

I have read many forums where it gives unlock codes for the samsung series. I have lost the privacy password for my phone and can not access my messages or media.

Could sum1 please tell me the where to type all these unlock codes etc, and help me with the reset settings passwords as i have faults with my bluetooth.
