You couldn't make it up....
I terminated Orange's Broadband about a month ago and have signed up with an alternative provider.
I expected Orange to ask for their Livebox back and today they sent me a pre-paid Post Office bag to send the Livebox back to them.
In the same mail they also sent me a welcome letter with broadband connection information and a Speedtouch ADSL modem!!
Both letters were dated 28/12/2007..... what a joke!!
I am going to send both back in the prepaid package!!
