Just a quickie. As a newbie to mac os x, I'm having a few teething problems.

When I put my mini to sleep and then awaken it from its slumber I have to manually connect to my wi-fi by selecting a network. This is no big deal, as the settings are saved, but what do I do to get the mini to automatically connect to the internet every time I turn on.

Thanks.

It should 'just work', but I had problems with my mini, too. Now, however, it works fine... I'm using WPA2 with a static IP on 802.11g connected to a Linksys WRT54G.

It did'na like my Linksys adsl router/wifi thing... it'd randomly disconnect during use, too, not just sleep.

FWIW, my MBP auto-reconnects after sleep both on the WRT54G and on the WAP54G's in the office.

Well I've now changed to WPA2 (my old laptop would only work on WEP) and it auto connects now.

I'm going to put it down to quirkiness and not worry about it.
