Our very own Whatleydude's Open Letter to Vodafone UK... and he's not alone on the points he raises. For example:
Tell me, Red, why do you not offer ANY MMS bundles?
None. Nada. Zip. Absolutely, positively ZERO. NOT. A. THING.
Videos, sound clips, pictures all charged 35p-50p a go. It drives me nuts about you. WHY OH WHY OH WHY?!
I sometimes feel like going to head office and banging my head on the management, because banging it on a brick wall just isn't getting results.
There's plenty of praise in there, it's not all moans and groans (there are good reasons why Whatleydude and myself are both Vodafoners!), but damn, Vodafone, sort out your tariffs!
