Hi All,
I'm currently on the £15 texter plan (600 texts and 75 minutes) but need to change it to one that'll give me more inclusive minutes. Also, ideally, one that will include picture/video messages to any network.

I noticed that there's a new system now in place. The "Mix" plans, but they don't mention anything about MMS etc or about switching. Also can I do it myself or do I need to call CS?

Any guidance much appreciated before I call Mumbai! :)

Hmmm, the website says nothing about MMS on Mix and Match plans - I think you are in for a call to Mumbai. Good luck with that then :D Unless, of course, our very own Getti reads this in time and responds. He's our resident 3 expert.

I don't think you can switch onto a M&M plan, only if you upgrade or take a new connection. MMS aren't included in M&M plans.
