Hi Murgy, welcome to Talk3G.

I've not used a SE for a little while - is there no equivalent of a lock code?

I take it you have already set a PIN to protect the SIM?

I think you're out of luck, unless there is a 3rd party add-on

Love the K800i. Only problem, and reason that I am gonna choose the Nokia N73, is the fact that there is lack of security on the phone.
I can’t stand the fact that I can’t lock the keys with a code to stop people snooping.

Most SE's are only going to run Java apps, and unfortunately they're not going to have access to the lower levels of the operating system. In a nutshell, that makes it pretty hard for a third party application to effectively lock a SE handset.

Maybe these tips from the W810i will help? It's not exactly the same as how Nokia's security code works, but it'll protect the handset. http://www.knowyourmobile.com/sonyericsson/sonyericssonw810i/sonyericssonw810iuserguides/69/lock_your_keypad_or_password_protect_your_phone.ht ml
