Vodafone are promoting free SIMS ... so whats new?
They have decided to offer calls to several countries landlines at 5p/min and mobiles at 15p/min.
The countries included in the offer are: Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, Thailand, Turkey, China, Hong Kong, Russia, Nigeria, India and Pakistan.
Not the usual EU countries and a few of those might just appeal to some who have recently moved to the UK.
Simple offer. You call those countries and the rate applies. Amazing that some calls to far flung places will now cost less than calls just round the corner!!
PS: From June Vodafone PAYG calls will have a 15p minimum charge.
