Reminder: 3’s Half-Price Mobile Broadband Offer Ends Saturday

I think I had forgotten about this .....

Just a reminder that the Half-price Mobile Broadband offer from 3 finishes the end of this month - thats this Saturday (31st May).



If you have been thinking about getting Mobile Broadband - then you only have a few days left to take up this too good to miss offer!

I have just recommended it to a friend of mine who is about to buy her first flat. An expensive time that it is buying and furnishing your first property, Internet access is not always at the top of your list of things to get.

Only being a casual user of the internet for surfing, emailing and downloading tracks from iTunes the average cost of £25 a month (£10 a month just for Line Rental, and then about £15 a month for broadband itself) was just another expensive addition to starting off on your own.

I hope they accidentally forget to stop this offer :p It's a real treat for Three subscribers - and if you've already got the customer for mobile, why not give them a great deal on their broadband as well and be a truly converged communications provider? Sure beats being a pansy-assed media company. Ooo Ooo, Angry Kid videos!

The guys from 3 Mobile are leading the way again with Mobile Internet access, as they have just announced a cracking deal where any new or existing 3 Mobile subscriber can get Mobile Broadband for half price if they register before the end of May.



Currently the data bundles for mobile broadband are as follows:

Broadband Lite (1GB Allowance) - £10 a month
Broadband Plus (3GB Allowance) - £15 a month
Broadband Max (7GB Allowance) - £25 a month

The new offer means that you will be paying half the price of the charges above on any 18 and 24 month Mobile Broadband contract meaning that you will be able to surf the internet anywhere on your laptop from as little as a fiver! Can you believe it!?

The wireless mobile broadband market is growing at a steady pace, with most of the major Mobile Operators providing their own versions of the USB Dongle; here’s how the others compare:

Vodafone - 3GB for £15 and 5GB for £25
T-Mobile - 3GB for £20 (24 month) or 3GB for £29 (12 month)

As you can see the new offer from 3 means that you will be paying a lot less for your Internet.
