We've changed the rate to reflect the increased costs we've faced over the past year and continue to face now. But we're still complying with EU regulations

I bet it never drops if the pound over takes the euro, this is the same crap three came out with when they inceasesd their calls from 25 to 35 and from 10 to 15p.

The sign of a once profitable company in terminal decline? Certainly seems to me that other firms go the same way, gradually increasing their charges, alienating whats left of their customers and generally disappearing up their own exhaust pipe!
