Interesting. Not for me personally, but yeah, pre-paid Visa cards are always a good idea if they help people shop safely.

And make Visa oodles of cash :(

That is rather interesting - moreso that it is free to acquire and use. Most of these cards to date have cost the punter one way or another. So I must assume that the retailer charge from the Bank is higher, unless they've all suddenly had a fit of altruism.

Yeah I'll bet, there'll need to be enough for everyone to take their slice. The retailer probably loses, what, between 2 and 3% for one of these?
