See screenshots attached - after a lot of reading around and faffing about I have found these to work flawlessly on Vodafone Contract (I've not tried to get PAYT working)
The two to watch out for are:
MMSC that should be http://mms.vodafone.co.uk/servlets/mms/:9201
MMS Proxy that should be 212.183.137.012 (the leading 0 in the last octet is significant)
