. . .way to attract O2's attention to a particular bad spot of signal?

Where I work I'm luck if I get 'o'. My iPhone spends the day climbing (and falling off) the network ladder meaning the battery is flattened just because its searching for signal.

Is there anyway of getting O2 to improve the area? For example, consuming loads of data to show theres a need? Complaining? Anything?

Unless there's a fault with a mast, you're probably out of luck. But call up and report it, and go through their ridiculous troubleshooting. Then keep calling up every week or so :) That's what I'm doing!
