I have an apple I phone on an o2 web and wifi bolt on with unlimited minutes and texts. I put £15 credit on my phone at 5pm. I left it on my bed no one used it. O2 took £10 for my bolt on. At 5.03 a message flashed up saying my credit was low. At 5.04 amessage flashed saying I needed 17p to access Internet. I only have this phone no computer nothing. All my cedit was gone. Nothig as far as I know was connected. I can still access the Internet even though the17p message keeps popping up. I don't think I can get wifi cos I don't know the passwords and I don't want to sit in a pub or cafe. What's happening? Where am I going wrong? Any ideas? Anyone?

Hmmm, yes, I suspect a billing error in their systems rather than the handset burning up the credit. The very least they should do is credit you back with the amount taken.
