Howdy,
Now, I dont work for Vodafone, maybe someone who does can register and be our resident specialist, however, if you're having some sort of network, technical, handset or CS issue try posting it on here and we'll try and help you out. All of the UMTS networks in the UK work the same way, so if you're wanting a detailed answer I'll try my best!
