It is hard to tell if they're both the same but the specs are uncannily closely aligned - the screen colours resolution is strikingly different though. Random chance? Maybe, but unlikely. I suspect that at some level they are the same. In any event, if these are coming out on a cheap PAYT they'll be astounding value for an Android 2.1 Eclair device.
