As you may know, Jailbreakme.com uses a vulnerability in iOS to jailbreak iPhone's by simply visiting a web page.

The ramifications of this are massive, because if they can use the flaw to jailbreak then other websites can use it to... well, do pretty much anything they want.
Worrying, I'd say, if nothing else.
