As expected, Vodafone have reported significant profits (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-13421609). This, then, is good news for Vodafone, its shareholders, and, assuming it's not all locked away in tax bunkers, George Osborne.
Data-centric offerings apparently increased revenue by 26%. What remains to be seen, however, is whether Vodafone is investing significant amounts of cash in its networks in order to support the surge in data usage.
