View Full Version : Build quality not what it used to be?

I have a Nokia 6700 Classic which I intend to hold onto for as long as I can as it feels a really well built device, probably because it is mostly metal (I know the back is stainless steel and I think the edges are too)

Other phones I've picked up (even Blackberries) feel really quite plasticky.

I am therefore on the lookout for a phone with a few more features but of similar construction and size and a numeric keypad.

Any ideas?

Does the keypad have to be numeric ?

I should have explained why I also go for this keypad type, I dislike chunky phones.

It's very, very difficult to find a good phone with a numeric keypad now.

I just went over to Nokia.co.uk to see what's in the store at the moment and... it has closed down! Wow.

This might be quite nice: http://www.nokia.co.uk/find-products/all-phones/nokia-c5-00

Holding on to the 6700 Classic for as long as possible does sound like the best idea, though :(
