Hi,
Does anyone know what the IMT 2000 specifications say for Milenage? Is it necessary? GSM SIMs dont have Milenage authentication and they can work depending on the operator, however, is using a SIM as opposed to a USIM defying the ITM 2000 standards for 3G?
