Default Video Calling on Virgin

If you have a 3G Phone you can now use Video Calling on Virgin!

http://www.virginmobile.com/mobile/s.../videocalling/

I have now got this activated on my old Nokia 6630 - I can make Video Calls but when anyone trys to Video call me it says "Number Not Known." Any other 3G Virgin's here have the same problem of is it just me? !
