If you specifically need the battery for its high capacity then the best thing you can do is buy brand new from the manufacturer. Li-ion batteries begin to lose their capacity immediately after manufacture, so even if you could find someone with a battery that hadn't been used yet you'd have already lost some of the charge.

I ordered a spare battery from i2020, now i1010, which arrived loose. It wasn't even hologrammed (new Nokia ones are) and didn't look particularly new! Y'have to be so careful with batteries...
