Just checked out how much it cost me to use the Vodafone live service whilst touring Northern Europe last week. I thought it would be a few quid.... but the good news is it is FREE on all Vodafone partner networks until the 30th of September 2005. Another worthwhile saving.

Indeed... promotion is key to offers like that. With so many offers and tariffs running at any one time it can be difficult to know where we stand. I've said it before and I'll say it again, some kind of 'My Three' area on every networks portal could serve up a wealth of information about exactly what costs what at that specific moment in time.
