3 MMS Settings??

My girlfriend cannot send any MMS through 3 as she's lost her settings for the 3 network and uploaded some for the O2 network (from the Nokia website).

Can anyone supply the details to enable MMS sending on three? Currently everything in the outbox is listed as "failed".
