Well, we all know that Nokia have made a Windows Portable Device, don't we? My guess, and that is all it is, is that they have used the firmware/hardware from that in the creation of the N73. FWIW

Software version:

V 2.0628.0.0.1

All very roobish - happened again this morning.
Grr..

EDIT: The only thing that's changed recently is my version of Nokia PC Suite - which has now been upgraded.

This is due to a windows update concerning windows media player 11, nothing to do with Nokia PC suite. Only workaround I've found so far is to go into device manager and disable (not uninstall, as it will just keep trying to reinstall) any Nokia portable devices.

Sorry, got that the wrong way round, it should say uninstall not disable! P.S. Where's the 'edit' button gone?!

Edit is probably time-limited.
